Ceci Gomez-Galvez (she.her.ella) is an internationally experienced educator, coach, and advocate for multilingual learners. She has worked with schools around the world to design equitable and inclusive learning opportunities that celebrate linguistic and cultural diversity. Ceci is a trained Cognitive Coach with specialized expertise in translanguaging pedagogy and practices, as well as in building collaborative structures that increase teacher capacity and impact student learning. She currently serves as a leader in empowering schools to create programs that prioritize equitable access for all learners. Born and raised in Guatemala City in a bilingual household, Ceci brings a deep appreciation for the value of languages and cultures, which she weaves into her work with schools. Passionate about driving meaningful change, Ceci combines her expertise and empathy to support educators in implementing practices that honor and empower multilingual learners.
