Dr. Jenn Overstreet

Dr. Jenn Overstreet is an international educator and school leader with 15 years of experience working across the United States, Italy, and the Middle East. She has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, literacy strategist, Director of Teaching and Learning, and Education Technology Coordinator, always with a focus on building strong, sustainable systems that support both teachers and students. Jenn believes deeply in the power of intentional leadership and teacher well-being to transform schools from the inside out. She is currently writing her first book on mindful leadership in education, blending her research background with her real-world experience leading schools and supporting teachers. This summer, Jenn is transitioning into her role as Head of School at the International School of Brindisi in Italy.
